In this workshop, Nancy will discuss the relationship between stress and pain, or other physical symptoms. She will introduce a variety of approaches to managing stress and identifying ways to detach from stressful situations. Includes discussion and active participation.

Qigong

Have you heard of Qigong, but not had the opportunity to learn these gentle body movement techniques? In this workshop, Nancy provides the opportunity to experience Qigong sitting or standing. Five Elements

In this lively discussion of the five elements in Traditional Acupuncture, Nancy brings to life the identifying characteristics of each element including symptoms, mental or emotional reactions, and spiritual connections. Participants will explore how these five elements relate to each other, and their meridian correlations. While this discussion can be brief, the recommended format is a 2+ hour workshop.
